What is the Organic Market Box Program? It is a sustainable food program designed to connect the preschool community to a source of environmentally and socially responsible food from local, natural and certified organic farms. People who join the program receive a weekly supply of farm-fresh foods conveniently delivered to the Atlanta Progressive Preschool. The Market Boxes contain seasonal, organic fruits and vegetables grown on mainly local and regional farms with some items from organic farms outside of our region for variety. Additionally, specialty items from local food artisans are available for purchase and can be added to the market boxes weekly.
Raising Funds by Feeding Families Naturally
By subscribing to the Organic Market Box Program, you are not only providing your family with nutritious, fresh organic produce; you are also participating in a fundraiser for the Atlanta Progressive Preschool! APP will receive a portion of the proceeds. So it's good for you and the school.
Here's How it Works...
- Subscribe by filling out a Membership Agreement, see 'Become a Member'
- Select your box size, box type and payment preferences.
- Pickup your Market Box every Thursday between 11:45 and 1 pm
The Organic Market Box Organic Market Boxes contain 100% organic, seasonal produce. They are available in a variety of sizes and can be filled with eall fruit, all vegetable or mixed fruit and vegetable. The following suggestions are based on an average diet. Your selection may vary according to your individual eating habits.Market Box Sizes- Tiny Box - Perfect for a family of 1-2, $27 week
- Small Box - Best fits a family of 2, $36 week
- Medium Box - Ideal for a family of 4, $47 week

Payment Options
Winter/Spring memberships are 18 weeks in length and can be paid in full at the time of registration or can be divided with a convenient payment plan. We accept cash, checks, money orders or payment online via Paypal. All prices include sales tax.
